Lead, Weapon System Performance Capability

MBDA Miissle System in Stevenage is looking for a Weapon System Performance Capability Lead to manage a team of engineers assessing the performance of weapon systems. In this role, you will lead a group of approximately 12 engineers and ensure the development of high-quality capabilities critical to our products’ success.

Your responsibilities will include technical leadership, recruitment, and fostering a collaborative environment. This position is on-site 4 days a week due to workload demands, providing a dynamic working experience.
