Full Stack Engineer – London – Up to £140,000 + Equity

As a Product Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering AI‑driven software into live industrial environments. You’ll own problems end‑to‑end — from identifying opportunities on‑site, through to building, shipping, and iterating on solutions used directly by operational teams.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and ML specialists to turn advanced models into practical, user‑friendly tools that drive measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver end‑to‑end product features from idea to deployment within short cycles
- Work directly with customers, observing workflows and identifying high‑impact improvements
- Build intuitive, real‑world‑ready applications for operational users
- Translate complex AI/ML outputs into usable product features
- Collaborate across product, design, and engineering to ship scalable solutions
- Contribute to product direction, pricing considerations, and deployment strategies
- Maintain robust, reliable systems with strong monitoring and rapid issue resolution
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience building and shipping user‑facing products end‑to‑end
- Ability to operate with high autonomy in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong problem‑solving mindset — from identifying issues to delivering deployed solutions
- Experience working closely with customers and real‑world workflows
- Track record of contributing to products from early stage (0→1) through scale (1→100)
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and ML teams
