Job Description

Own strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end as a critical node for platform adoption. You will sit at the intersection of customer success and product engineering, partnering with CSOs and VPs of Risk to automate complex workflows. This founding‑team role involves shaping company culture while shipping code to ensure long‑term customer success.

What You Will Do

• Manage the entire lifecycle of strategic accounts, from technical configuration and security reviews to renewal and relationship expansion.
• Lead weekly working sessions with senior stakeholders at leading financial services and healthcare enterprises to translate needs into product requirements.
• Use AI‑native coding tools like Claude Code to ship UI fixes, new features, and bug squashes directly in response to customer feedback.

The ideal candidate

• Has 2–5 years of experience in a high‑stakes commercial or technical role such as solutions architecture, deployment strategy, or customer engineering.
• Demonstrates strong technical intuition and a desire to ship software, even if not currently working in a full‑time engineering capacity.
• Possesses a background in risk management, compliance, or fintech with the commercial instinct required to navigate complex enterprise procurement processes.
