Remote Financial Crime Operations Leader

Monzo is seeking Financial Crime Team Managers and Operations Managers who are passionate about improving operations and developing people. You will lead and coach high-performing teams to drive operational excellence in anti-money laundering and financial crime processes.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and at least one additional European language, with experience in Financial Crime and a strong focus on creating excellent customer outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulations.
