The successful candidate will become a key member of the team, leading and delivering for clients across a variety of sectors.
Typical Responsibilities
- Building and reviewing complex three‑statement financial models.
- Developing forecasting, cashflow, and scenario analysis models.
- Analysing working‑capital requirements and debt facilities.
- Preparing outputs for management teams, investors, and private‑equity stakeholders.
- Conducting commercial and financial assessments of businesses.
Essential Experience
- ACA qualification.
- Corporate Finance/Transactions Services background, ideally big‑4 trained but open to smaller boutique experience.
- Strong financial modelling expertise.
- Experience supporting M&A transactions and investment decision‑making.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, cashflow modelling, working‑capital and debt structures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
