Job Description

We are recruiting a multilingual Dutch or German Parts Sales Advisor. The role involves interacting with a global customer base, improving customer satisfaction and expanding market reach.

  • Handle inquiries, sales, and after‑sales support in the customer’s native language.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8:00‑17:30.
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry is essential.
  • Fluency in Dutch or German.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate in English and Dutch or German.
  • Order, reserve parts, invoice, and process payments.
  • Handle general after‑sales questions and work with the service department.
  • Make estimates when necessary.
  • Acquire, prospect, and maintain accounts to achieve sales goals.
  • Answer customer questions by phone, email, and face‑to‑face.
  • Assist with inventory checks.
  • Maintain contact with workshops, service advisors, and customers.
  • Occasionally reach out to customers with special promotions.
  • Make outbound cold acquisition calls (telesales) to build relationships.

The Ideal Parts Advisor

  • Multilingual: English with fluent Dutch or German (essential).
  • Experience in the automotive sector required.
  • Works with colleagues to achieve higher profits and sales.
  • Committed to building excellent customer relationships and exceeding expectations.
  • Professional, friendly, with integrity, discretion, and objectivity.
  • Demonstrated experience in a parts department.
  • Strong technical understanding of motor vehicle operation.
  • Good phone voice.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Full, valid, clean driver’s licence.
  • Willingness to attend car shows or travel for business to meet clients.
  • Enjoys building long‑standing relationships.

Experience

  • Parts sales: 1 year (preferred).
  • Sales: 1 year (required).
