Working as part of our Renewals team, the renewals inviter is a crucial role as you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best possible quote available to them in the market.

Role and responsibilities

• Prioritising and processing customer renewals based on renewal inception dates.
• Learning the appetite of our panel of insurers for each client base.
• Reviewing the market using our systems and Underwriting team to get the best possible quote for our clients.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate records.
• Delivering targets and working towards deadlines.
• The successful candidate must have a strong can‑do mentality.

Skills and experience required

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Friendly, patient and helpful.
• Team player with the ability to flex requirements to meet the needs of the business.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.

Beneficial, but not essential

• Experience with Open GI software.
• Experience in the insurance industry would be desirable.
