Fast Fit Centre Manager

Our client, a reputable national company, is seeking an experienced Fast Fit Centre Manager to lead their busy Weymouth facility. The role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £37,000, with an OTE and performance-based bonus scheme. The position requires a dedicated professional capable of driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties

• Proactively drive sales and exceed operational targets and budgets
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in customer service
• Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
• Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Lead and motivate the workshop team to build a strong reputation for the brand
• Develop and implement PR and marketing initiatives to enhance centre visibility
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective workshop workflow and productivity
• Foster a team environment focused on continuous improvement

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with minimal points
• At least 2 years of relevant automotive experience, ideally within a Fast Fit Centre
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to increase productivity and sales
• Experience managing customer relations and resolving complaints professionally
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience managing technicians, workshop controllers, or similar roles
