Director of People & Culture — Hybrid & Inclusion Leader

Birmingham Hippodrome is seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead its strategic HR functions. This role involves shaping an inclusive and high-performing organization while collaborating with the executive leadership team.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in people strategy and organizational development and have strong employee relations skills. A CIPD Level 7 qualification is required. The position offers a competitive salary of £75,000 – £80,000 per annum with options for hybrid working.
