Security Officer

Bidvest Noonan are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join us on a part-time basis.

As a Maintenance Operative onsite, you’ll be focusing on delivering and maintaining a quality standard onsite with our client.

You’ll be comfortable proactively managing your own time whilst working as part of a wider team. We are looking for someone with a positive outlook. Someone who wants to continually make difference to their and others working environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure all checklists are signed off as required.
• Respond to incidents following the agreed procedures
• Maintaining all centre public car park areas during trading hours.
• Dealing with spillages.
• Emptying waste bins.
• Servicing entrance and exits
• Maintaining designated external areas
• Use of rotary and scrubber drier machinery

Skills and Experience required.

• Do you have experience in a similar role desirable but not essential as full training will be provided?
• Do you have strong Communication skills?
• Do you hold a Driver’s License Preferred but not Essential?
• Are you flexible and adaptable?
