Job Summary and About Us
TechNative is a Sussex-based, mission‑led training provider building the region’s AI and digital workforce. We are not in the business of certificates for their own sake; we exist to get people into real work and to help local employers grow. We co‑design our software programme with leading Brighton agencies, and our programmes are employer‑led, government‑funded, and delivered by practitioners who are active in the field.
We are a small, ambitious team that moves quickly, cares deeply about our learners, and backs the people who deliver for them. If you want your craft to launch other people’s careers, this is a great place to do it.
Job Description
The programme is intensive, with significant work between sessions, and the tutor sets, reviews and supports that as a core part of delivery. There is a strong enterprise focus alongside the technical curriculum: as well as preparing learners for junior developer roles, the programme builds the skills to win and deliver freelance and contract work (pitching, scoping, pricing and presenting to clients), culminating in a final project geared to securing real paid work.
TechNative builds the AI and digital workforce across Sussex through employer‑led, government‑funded Skills Bootcamps. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, particularly those underrepresented in tech.
