North West | £55,000 – £70,000 | Hybrid working with a minimum of three studio days weekly

Hunter Dunning is working with an established practice delivering landscape led urban design and masterplanning projects across the UK.

This role focuses on leading urban regeneration and masterplanning projects, managing delivery from concept through to planning within the UK planning system. You will also support team leadership and mentor junior staff.

Your Experience

• Minimum five years experience on UK based urban design and regeneration projects
• Town centre masterplanning and mixed use development within planning frameworks
• Project leadership from inception through to delivery stages
• AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modelling software
• Understanding of UK planning policy and urban regeneration processes
