DGH Recruitment is looking for an IT Applications Engineer with a focus on Microsoft 365 applications. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the Birmingham office. The successful candidate will provide 3rd line technical support, perform root cause analysis, and maintain application configurations.
The ideal applicant will possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting SaaS applications. Relevant Microsoft certifications are desired, alongside knowledge of SQL and PowerShell.
