Shop Manager: Lead Retail Team & Online Sales

Oxfam is looking for a Shop Manager in Greater London who will lead and manage a retail shop team. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming and safe environment for customers and volunteers, developing processes to achieve business targets, and interpreting financial reports.
