Role Overview
At Evolve Psychology Services, we empower our clinicians with the tools and support they need to deliver exceptional care to children, young people and their families. This hybrid Clinical Psychologist role is part of a multidisciplinary team that specializes in high‑quality, evidence‑based autism and ADHD assessments through both NHS‑funded and private pathways.
The position offers both part‑time and full‑time assignments, requiring a minimum of three days per week. Clinicians will work in the clinic for in‑person assessments and may also conduct remote sessions as needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face‑to‑face structured observations.
- Complete remote developmental history interviews.
- Collaborate in peer MDT diagnostic discussions, with senior clinician support when required.
- Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
- Produce accurate, timely clinical reports using our smart tools.
- Provide supervision, consult with colleagues, quality‑check reports, and contribute to service‑development projects.
- Travel to the clinic for in‑person assessments as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should be registered with the HCPC and affiliated with the British Psychological Society, and have experience in neurodevelopmental assessment of children and young people.
