About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to oversee daily operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure financial performance across business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
• Manage client relationships and key stakeholder engagement
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate team performance
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadershipEnsure compliance with company policies and UK regulations

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’S degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business management or similar leadership role
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics
