Lead Children’s Residential Care Supervisor

Brook Street in Kirkham is looking for a dedicated Team Leader to support an established children’s residential provider. In this role, you will lead a small team to deliver high-quality care in a nurturing environment for young people.

You should possess strong leadership skills and be passionate about making a difference in vulnerable individuals’ lives. Experience in social care or residential care is advantageous. The position offers flexible hours, including sleep-in shifts.
