As our Senior Engineer, you’ll blend hands-on expertise with technical leadership, helping to drive reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement across a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment. What the role looks like day-to-day You’ll play a central part in shaping the performance of our production assets-particularly where electrical systems, controls, and automation are concerned. Your influence will stretch beyond the tools too: you’ll support the Maintenance Manager, guide engineers and technicians, and help ensure the site is always inspection-ready. One moment you’ll be responding to a breakdown and validating line performance post-repair; the next, you’ll be overseeing calibration activities, closing out QMS actions, or collaborating with Production and QA to keep operations flowing smoothly. You’ll also champion continuous improvement-spotting opportunities, driving change, and helping us push reliability and performance to new levels.
