c£45,000 – £50,000 + Bonus

We’re supporting a growing consultancy-led business seeking an Account Manager to join a commercially focused team responsible for developing relationships across a portfolio of enterprise clients.

This role sits within a high-opportunity sector and combines account growth, stakeholder engagement and opportunity development. You’ll work with a range of well-known organisations, helping identify commercial opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers and support the progression of complex client engagements.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Growing and developing relationships within existing client accounts
  • Identifying and engaging new stakeholders across large organisations
  • Mapping client structures and uncovering future opportunities
  • Supporting the development of proposals and commercial opportunities
  • Re-engaging dormant relationships and generating new conversations
  • Working closely with senior commercial colleagues to progress strategic opportunities

This is a highly consultative environment where success comes from understanding client challenges, building credibility and navigating complex stakeholder groups.

We’re interested in people who have experience working with large organisations and are comfortable building relationships across multiple stakeholders.

You’ll likely have experience:

  • Working within consultative or solution-led environments
  • Operating within long or complex sales cycles
  • Identifying opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Influencing senior decision-makers
