Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SaaS, ERP, and software sales, with a proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK market

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

* Drive end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to deal closure)

* Present and demonstrate SaaS/ERP solutions to potential clients

* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems

Requirements

* 3 to 4 years of experience in business development or sales

* Strong experience in SaaS, ERP, or software selling

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

* Familiarity with the UK market is a plus/British Citizenship

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in B2B sales

* Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

* Strong presentation and client-handling skills
