This is an excellent opportunity for a proven land professional to operate as the number two within the regional land function, working closely alongside a highly regarded and well connected Director. You will play a key role in delivering the region’s land acquisition strategy, focusing on identifying and securing residential development opportunities across the East Midlands patch

Key Responsibiliti
- es:Identify, appraise and secure residential development opportunities across the East Midlands region (typically 30–200 unit
- s).Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, promoters, housing associations and local authoriti
- es.Work collaboratively with the Land Director to shape and deliver the regional land acquisition strate
- gy.Manage land offers, negotiations and acquisitions through to contract completi
- on.Support partnership deals and joint venture opportunities with Registered Providers and other development partne
- rs.Prepare and present detailed site appraisals, reports and recommendations for board approv
al.
You must have a proven track record and be well connected across the East Midlands patch to be considered for this role. A strong background working for reputable house builders / developers / registered providers would be an ideal fit for this role. Experience with partnerships is preferable but not essential. You will be a commercially astute professional with the ability to identify and secure profitable opportunities. As this business grows, you will contribute to the team and be invested in their pl
ans.
