About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Training & Implementation Project Manager on a fixed term contract for 9-12 months. You will report into the Chief Operating Officer who is based in the UK but will also work closely with the Anima Care Europe Programme Team.

Responsibilities

Project & Implementation Leadership

  • Own and manage end‑to‑end implementation plans for NOE, from pre deployment through to go live and post launch evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and resource requirements.
  • Identify, track and proactively manage implementation risks and issues.
  • Ensure deployments are delivered on time and to scope.
  • Maintain accurate, up to date project documentation and reporting.

Training & Adoption

  • Deliver structured training programmes for Internal Anima Care UK teams and Veterinary customers and partners.
  • Deliver hands on, practical system training, tailored to UK workflows and customer needs.
  • Support local champions and sales teams in onward enablement.
  • Monitor adoption, identify learning gaps and coordinate follow up training where required.

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

  • Act as a primary point of contact for veterinary partners during implementation.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, ensuring clarity, confidence and engagement throughout rollout.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, IT, Finance and European Project teams to align delivery.
  • Provide clear, regular progress updates to internal leadership and project stakeholders.

Governance & Alignment

  • Ensure implementation aligns with Anima Care Europe standards while reflecting UK operational realities.
  • Support change management, ensuring new ways of working are understood and embedded.
  • Capture feedback and lessons learned to refine rollout and training approaches.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Strong experience in training delivery and/or project implementation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and delivery.
  • Comfortable working independently, with a high degree of ownership.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Desirable:

  • Experience within the veterinary or cremation sectors.
  • Background in system implementation or digital platform rollout.
  • Understanding of vet practice workflows and commercial pressures.
