We are seeking a positive, energetic HR and Recruitment Associate to support our human resources and recruitment activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong time management, and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth candidate experience and HR operations. The successful candidate will help manage recruitment processes, maintain HR records, coordinate onboarding, and provide administrative support across the HR team.

Key Responsibilities – HR and Recruitment Support

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings, screening CVs, arranging interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes, preparing contracts, new-hire paperwork and induction schedules.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to schedule interviews, collect feedback and progress candidates through the recruitment pipeline.
  • Provide general HR administrative support such as processing references, DBS checks and right-to-work documentation.
  • Assist with HR reporting, maintaining spreadsheets and producing basic recruitment and HR metrics.
  • Contribute to a positive employee experience by responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Strong time-management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling confidential HR and recruitment information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination or a similar role preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS or HR databases desirable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
