Your role as Room Leader:

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery
• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Support, guide, and motivate your team, encouraging development
• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children xwzovoh
• Build strong relationships with families and meet each child’s individual needs

What we’re looking for:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Excellent understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Previous leadership experience desirable
• A positive, proactive, and passionate approach
