About the role
You’ll manage a varied caseload across areas including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health, and safeguarding. You’ll carry out assessments under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, using a creative, person-centred approach to support individuals in their own homes and communities.
