Neuro Clinical Lead: Ward Leadership & On-Call

Compass Associates are seeking a Clinical Lead to join a growing neurological specialist organization in Southampton. The role requires an RGN or RMN qualified individual with at least 3 years of experience as a Ward Manager or above, to provide leadership and ensure high-quality care delivery.

The Clinical Lead will collaborate with the General Manager and quality assurance team to uphold service standards and engage effectively with staff and service users.
