Apprentice Formulation Scientist (Level 3) – Hands-on NPD

Catalent in Swindon is looking for a Formulation Scientist Apprentice to join the New Product Development team. This 18-month contract provides hands-on experience while pursuing a Level 3 Laboratory Technician Apprenticeship. You will support the development of new Zydis® products, conduct laboratory experiments, and maintain compliance with GMP and GLP standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 GCSEs including English, Maths, and Science, with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
