Location: Oxendon House Care Home, Market Harborough, LE16 8NE

Salary: £13.62 per hour (£12.62 per hour for 18‑21 year olds)

Hours: Full Time (7 pm‑7 am, 3 shifts per week including alternate weekends)

Role Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible level of care, supporting and assisting residents in daily living activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
• Promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, and support physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring 90 % and above achievement during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
• Maintain 100 % completion of all mandatory training throughout the year.

Role Requirements

• Clear motivations and/or relevant experience.
• Residency within 30 minutes of the care home.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• A caring and nurturing attitude.
• Positive and enthusiastic mindset.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
