BI Developer – On-Prem SQL- Hybrid (Reading)- up to £60,000

You Will Work With
* Developing and optimising SQL databases (T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning)* Building and maintaining SSIS packages* Designing and delivering on-prem ETL processes* Data modelling and dimensional modelling* Contributing to ongoing data warehouse builds and improvements* Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the BI environment* Working within a tight, supportive team – each with their own specialisms but always willing to help

Key Experience
Essential
* Strong SQL / T-SQL development* Solid SSIS experience* Proven ETL development background* Data modelling & dimensional modelling* Data warehousing (schema design + build)* Experience as an on-prem BI Developer / SQL Data Engineer* Ability to work independently with strong communication skills
Desirable
* Exposure to Power BI / DAX* Experience with SQL DBA-type tasks* Hospitality sector familiarity* Bonus points if you’re someone who takes an interest in SQL community events
