TikTok Shop Growth Lead – Germany

Philips is looking for an Account Manager to join their Tiktok Shop Germany team in Farnborough. This position focuses on managing relationships with Tiktok Shop Agency Partner and driving engagement on the platform.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in National Account Management, a strong e-commerce background, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing sell-out performance, marketing collaboration, and optimizing user experience on TikTok.

This role requires in-person collaboration in the office at least 3 days a week.
