Location: Manchester ArndaleContract: 16 hours per weekFlexibility: Monday–Sunday rotating shiftsPay: £8.00 – £12.71 per hour plus 30% staff discount

Responsibilities

• Style the full fit: Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks with kicks, layers, accessories, and care kits.
• Know the product and culture: Learn every silhouette, the technology behind performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care to represent the brand as an ambassador.
• Host the hype: Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations to lead the energy.
• Chase the win: Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins.
• Keep it premium: Maintain visual presentation, lock stock, and keep the store clean and ready for the next fit check.

About You

• Outgoing, confident, and approachable – you love starting conversations and building connections.
• Obsessed with sneakers and streetwear, especially Jordan, and curious to learn more.
• Flexible for evenings and weekends and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• Team player with a growth mindset, open to feedback and eager to develop.
