• Location: West of Scotland, Renfrewshire & Surrounds
• Type: Permanent, Mobile Working
• Rate: £17.62 to £19.23 p/h (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Void property upgrades (plumbing only) and assistance to other trades as needed
• Reactive plumbing repairs
• Plumbing upgrades and installations to homes and respite/care facilities
• All plumbing works for bathrooms, kitchen refurbs, ensuite upgrades, medical adaptations and general installations (WCs/Baths etc.)
• Attend an on‑call rota (approx. 1 in 4) with appropriate remuneration

Qualifications

• Fully qualified, experienced Reactive Repairs Plumber
• Experience in Maintenance & Reactive Plumbing
• Preferred familiarity with Social Housing
• Potential to develop into a working supervisor

Working Hours & Travel

8 hours per day, start and finish times monitored. Based in West of Scotland, travel across the Borders region.
