Main duties of the job
As a Support Worker, your role will be diverse and fulfilling, including supporting with household tasks and personal care, assisting with shopping and accessing the community, encouraging participation in social and leisure activities, and administering medication to promote independence. You’ll need a positive, proactive attitude, a person‑centred approach with safeguarding at the heart, a full UK driving licence, and a willingness to learn and participate in mandatory training.
