We are the largest provider of specialist oral healthcare in Scotland and are looking for a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry to join our well‑established Department of Restorative Dentistry.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis and treatment in Restorative Dentistry, including contributing to the hypodontia service as part of the Multi‑Disciplinary Team.
- Play an active role in teaching and training postgraduate dentists to specialist level.
- Engage in clinical activity across other restorative disciplines, as service demands arise.
- Participate in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, quality improvement activities, and research.
Qualifications
- Full registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
- Completed specialist training and be on the Restorative Dentistry Specialist Register of the GDC, or have a CCST date within six months of the interview.
