Head of Mechanical Maintenance — Cement Plant Leader

Tarmac is seeking a permanent Head of Mechanical to join their team at the Dunbar Cement Plant. This role is site-based from Monday to Friday, working a 37-hour week. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a Mechanical Maintenance department within heavy industry, with a focus on development and team motivation.
