Senior Development Manager – Planning & Delivery (London)

Deverellsmith is seeking a Development Manager for a large-scale mixed-use project in London. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and overseeing planning and development strategies.

Suitable candidates should be MRTPI and/or MRICS qualified, with experience in major residential or mixed-use developments. Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel, and the ability to manage workflows are essential. The compensation package includes a salary of GBP65,000 to GBP90,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.
