Service Engineer (Compressed Air)
£35,000 – £40,000 + OTE £55,000 + 5% of any work you secure + Company Van + Progression + Training + Overtime + Fuel Card

We are looking for a Service Engineer with a background in compressed air or similar who wants to grow their career in a company that rewards hard work with overtime pay, a quarterly bonus and a commission on additional invoices.
This company operates across the UK servicing and installing compressed air machinery at sites, factories, businesses, homes and events. We take a long‑term perspective, having successfully worked with family businesses all the way up to UK‑wide companies, and we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Travel to sites, businesses and homes for services and breakdowns
- Act on call once per week for 5 weeks a year
- Participate in company‑sponsored courses to expand your knowledge
- Handle optional overtime at 1.5x on weekends and earn a 5% commission on additional projects
- Maintain an average of 10 hours of uncapped overtime per week
Qualifications
- Background in compressed air and experience in service/breakdown work
- Willingness to travel across the Midlands
- Full UK driving licence
