Senior Mental Health Nurse – Physical Health Lead

Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead within the Physical Health Monitoring Team in Leeds. The role focuses on assessing and monitoring patients’ physical health in the community, providing evidence-based interventions and working alongside other health professionals.

Ideal candidates will have experience in mental health and physical health assessments, and possess strong leadership skills. A full UK driving license is required, and candidates have the flexibility of applying under hybrid working arrangements.
