Responsibilities
- Support people to live the life they choose
- Help with daily living, personal care and building independence
- Take part in social activities, outings and holidays
- Work as part of a supportive, friendly team
- Play a key role in creating a safe, respectful and nurturing home environment
What we’re looking for / Qualifications
- You don’t need years of experience – what matters most is your values and your willingness to learn.
- A genuine commitment to our charity’s values
- NVQ2 in care or a willingness to work towards it
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow guidance and work with compassion
- Flexibility with hours, including sleep‑ins
- Respect for everyone’s background, culture and beliefs
- Reliability, honesty and confidentiality
