Canolfan Meugan is a resource base for adults with learning disabilities, situated in Cardigan.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to support service users to access community facilities, progress with independent living skills and to enable them to reach life goals in line with their care plan.
You must be a driver and be willing to drive social transport vehicles.
Training and regular supervision will be provided.
A flexible approach to evening and weekend work is required.
