The Package
- BaseSalary: Up to £50,000 per annum.
- On-TargetEarnings (OTE): £75,000+ per year.
- Commission: £25,000 for achieving sales targets (uncapped).

The Role
As the Area Sales Manager for the South of England,you will take a consultative approach to sell high-ROI “indoor amazementparks.” You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the entiresales cycle, from initial consultation through to project handover.
Key Responsibilities
- TerritoryGrowth: Develop and execute a business plan targeting new and existingaccounts across the South of England.
- KeyStakeholder Engagement: Pitch directly to senior decision-makers toposition the company as a trusted partner.
- ConsultativeSelling: Understand client budgets and spaces to deliver tailored,revenue-boosting design solutions.
- Cross-TeamCollaboration: Work closely with internal design, project management,and installation teams for smooth project delivery.
- CRM& Reporting: Maintain accurate client data within the CRM andprovide pipeline updates to senior management.
- MarketPresence: Attend industry networking events and maintain an up-to-dateknowledge of market trends and competitors.
What You’ll Need
- SalesTrack Record: Proven experience in consultative, solution, ortechnical B2B sales.
- SectorKnowledge: Experience within indoor/outdoor play, leisure,construction, or public open spaces is highly desirable.
- CommunicationSkills: Ability to deliver impactful, technical presentations tailoredto client needs and return on investment.
- Mobility: A full driving licence, with the flexibility to travel regularly acrossthe territory for client meetings and site visits.
- Autonomy: Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortablemanaging your own diary.
