Inspire Resourcing Ltd are on the lookout for a hands‑on, problem‑solving Field Service Engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and getting stuck into both electrical and mechanical work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing engineering team where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping vital fluid handling systems running smoothly for a diverse range of customers.
From fault‑finding on control panels to servicing pumps and associated systems, you’ll be the person our clients rely on when things need sorting – fast and professionally.
You’ll mainly cover the Southern region of the UK, with overnight stays kept to a minimum wherever possible.
Client Interaction
You’ll be interacting with a wide range of clients including supermarkets, schools, manufacturing sites, and hospitals – this means professionalism and great communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance & remedial work
- Diagnosing and resolving faults across electrical & mechanical systems
- Working on pumps, control panels and fluid handling equipment
- Building strong relationships with customers on‑site
- Spotting opportunities for additional work (and earning commission for it)
Package
- £34,000 – £42,000 DOE
- Commission on additional recommended work
- Door‑to‑door pay
- No weekend work required (overtime available if you want it)
