About the Role
You will work in a friendly and supportive boarding environment, providing essential care and support to students with high-functioning autism. Your focus will be on creating a safe, nurturing, and homely atmosphere where each young person feels valued and cared for. You’ll play a key role in developing their social, life, and independence skills.
Working Hours
- Alternating weekly early and late shifts.
- Early shift (45 hours): Monday 8am‑4pm, Tuesday 7am‑5pm, Wednesday – Friday 7am‑4pm.
- Late shift (32 hours): Mon‑Thurs 2:30pm‑10:30pm
- Sleep‑in duties and occasional waking night cover as required.
- Term‑time only – enjoy your weekends and school holidays!
