Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Account Manager with 1-2 years of relevant experience to join a successful womenswear multi-product supplier based in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a business that has a strong reputation for supplying leading High Street retailers and supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager in developing and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
  • Work closely with design and product development teams to deliver customer requirements.
  • Maintain and monitor the critical path to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage customer orders efficiently and accurately from placement through to delivery.
  • Liaise with factories and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

Person Specification

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Support role within a fashion supplier environment.
  • Proven track record of building successful customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Professional and well‑presented at all times.
  • Previous experience working for a supplier in a similar role.
  • Understanding of women’s woven garments would be highly advantageous.
