We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse operative/FLT driver on the afternoon shift, 1400-2200 for our new contract in Leicestershire. Based at their production facility, you’ll be responsible for picking and loading a factory fed warehouse operation.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of £12.97 per hr with a 1.25% increase for any overtime an a 1.5% on a Sat&Sun. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Handling and putting away palletised goods
- Stacking and handling palletsed goods onto trailers
- Driving on-site loading efficiency and looking at ways we can improve
- Putting pallets into the line feeder for production
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- A track record ofoperating an FLT truck
- A focus on health and safety
- Experience within Warehousingwould be beneficial
- Counterbalance license B1
- Minimum of 2 years counterbalance experience
- Preferred but not essential experience with double handling but training will be given
- Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking but training will be given
