Band 5 Nurse, Bath, Locum
Your role will be to plan the delivery of patient care and take responsibility for implementing and evaluating that care, using an appropriate nursing model. You will provide advice and education to patients, staff and learners within the directorate as required, as well as developing communication networks across specialties and throughout the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months experience of working on a hospital ward.
- Cannulation
- Venepuncture
- Wound Care & Dressings
- Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year.
- Valid NMC registration & Pin.
