Your Responsibilities

• Providing clinical support to theatre staff (clinical and non‑clinical) within the assigned geographical area.
• Maintaining and developing accounts within the territory across an upper limb & foot & ankle extremity fixation portfolio.
• Supporting the Area Sales Manager in delivering the business plan through effective relationships with hospital personnel.
• Developing business objectives together with the Area Sales Manager and Regional Business Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Managing stakeholder relationships proactively within target hospitals in consultation with the Area Sales Manager.
• Ensuring accurate stock maintenance and providing timely support to internal and external customers.
• Resolving customer service issues promptly and effectively.
• Being available in an on‑call capacity as required by account needs.
• Delivering clinical education and training on all Medartis products through in‑servicing, workshops, and in‑theatre training sessions.

Your Qualifications

• Familiarity with the hospital theatre environment would be desired.
• Ideally a background as a theatre nurse in orthopaedics or as a physiotherapist / similar clinical role.
• Education in life sciences or nursing would be preferred.
• Relevant industry knowledge.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver critical clinical information clearly in high‑pressure environments.
