Director of Complex Care Commissioning

Thames Valley ICB is seeking a leader for Complex Care commissioning. You will be responsible for managing individualised commissioning policies and service delivery for patients. The role involves leading a skilled team, ensuring best practice, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

An ideal candidate should have a master’s degree or equivalent and extensive knowledge in healthcare policy and budget management. Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills are essential. This position will initially be with Thames Valley ICB but may transfer to Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust in 2026.
