The Role
This is a high-impact, standalone IP position with responsibility for defining and leading the IP strategy across a global brand portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading global trademark strategy and portfolio management
- Advising on brand development, naming, packaging, and product launches
- Driving brand protection and enforcement strategy, including infringement and grey market matters
- Supporting innovation and patent-adjacent issues in collaboration with R&D teams
- Advising on IP aspects of commercial agreements, licensing, and partnerships
- Acting as a key partner to marketing, innovation, and commercial stakeholders globally

About You
- c.6–10 PQE with strong IP / trademark experience
- Background in consumer, FMCG, or brand-led environments beneficial
- Able to operate strategically and autonomously
- Commercial, pragmatic, and confident engaging with business stakeholders
