The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to build strong consultancyplanning experience in a thriving South East market.
Responsibilities include:
- Supportingthe preparation and submission of planning applications
- DraftingPlanning Statements and supporting documentation
- Assistingwith pre-application submissions and planning strategy research
- SupportingLocal Plan representations and strategic site promotion
- Assistingwith appeal submissions and evidence collation
- Liaisingwith local planning authorities and statutory consultees
- Attendingclient meetings, site visits and project calls
About You
- MRTPIqualified or actively working toward chartership
- Experiencein consultancy, local authority or developer-side planning
- Strongwritten communication and attention to detail
- Commercialawareness and client-focused approach
- Motivationto progress within a planning consultancy environment
